Al Hilal Eyeing Real Madrid Star as Potential Neymar Replacement

Al Hilal of Saudi Arabia is reportedly looking to make a major signing from Real Madrid in the summer 2025 transfer window. The club is said to be disappointed with Brazilian star Neymar, who has missed most of the season due to injury after only a handful of appearances.

Top of Al Hilal’s target list is Real Madrid forward Vinicius Junior. According to the Spanish newspaper *Marca*, the Saudi Pro League is eager to bring Vinicius to the Roshan League after the Neymar deal failed to live up to expectations.

Vinicius, valued at 200 million euros by Transfermarkt, has caught the eye of the Saudi league, and Al Hilal is planning to reopen negotiations in 2025. Real Madrid, however, remains calm, as Vinicius has a release clause of 100 million euros and is committed to his contract with the club.

While Al Hilal is keen to add Vinicius to their squad, the likelihood of the move seems slim, as the player remains focused on his goals at Real Madrid this season. Meanwhile, Neymar is expected to return from injury in early 2025, and the club will evaluate his future at that time.

Last summer, there was also an attempt by Saudi club Al-Ahli to sign Vinicius, but negotiations were unsuccessful.
