"Ancelotti Warns Real Madrid Players After Narrow Win and Faces Criticism Over Substitutions"

Carlo Ancelotti has reportedly sent a Real Madrid player to train with the youth squad and issued a warning to one of the team’s key players about the risk of losing his spot in the starting lineup. Real Madrid edged out Deportivo Alaves 3-2 at the Santiago Bernabeu during the seventh round of La Liga, bringing their points tally to 17 and securing second place in the standings. Alaves remains in eighth with 10 points.

Despite the win, Ancelotti was not fully satisfied and addressed several players in the locker room. He advised Spanish defender Jesús Vallejo to find a new club during the winter transfer window, feeling that Vallejo did not meet the level expected at Real Madrid. This criticism followed Vallejo's substitution for Militao, after which Alaves scored twice and nearly drew the match.

Fans at the Bernabeu also expressed their frustration, calling for Vallejo to be substituted. Ancelotti further reprimanded Tchouameni for his involvement in Alaves’ second goal, warning him that he could lose his starting role to Camavinga once the latter recovers from injury.

There are reports suggesting that Ancelotti is close to sanctioning the sale of the French midfielder, as Premier League clubs have shown interest, believing that he has not yet proven himself at Real Madrid.

Additionally, club president Florentino Perez was said to be furious with some of Ancelotti's decisions, particularly the substitution of Militao. Perez confronted Ancelotti post-match, urging him to avoid making risky changes that could jeopardize the team's results in the future.
